Processing your order

Your order will be processed after authorization approval of your credit card payment. We notify all customers via e-mail of their order status. This includes shipping information and over all order total and ship date.  

Domestic Delivery Time

You should recieve your order within 2 - 7 days if everything you have ordered is still in stock. If something isn't in stock we will make this item fresh for you to complete your order and it could be up to 10 days to recieve your package.

During holidays shipping times can take longer. Please let Nature Circle Botanicals know when placing your order in the special comments box if you need a specific ship date and we will do everything to meet that date for you.

To order by a certain date let Nature Circle know by sending your information and your contact # to us by e-mail: Nature Circle order needed fast. We will ship our products through the best shipper for your location using Priority U.S. Mail, UPS or Fed-Ex Ground.

An e-mail will be sent to you with an estimated delivery date and shipper used plus the additional shipping fees. 

Local Customers

On occasion I meet people in person, who are local to me and wish to order from me and have these items personally delivered to them.  If we have met in person then contact me here to e-mail your order. I will be happy to deliver your order to you in person.

Gift Orders

We can ship your gift for you, please provide the gift recipients name, address, and personalized gift card information to me in our special options box. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you verifying the gift address information. We can also send an e-mail to the gift recipient notifying them of their gift from you. You just need to provide their e-mail to us. 

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. However, due to the nature of our products, bath and body care products cannot be returned.  We will replace products that have suffered damage or destruction during shipment. Should this occur contact us by e-mail immediately. All shipping materials and damaged/destroyed products must be returned and received by us before processing your replacement order. We will make arrangements via e-mail regarding how to return the damaged shipment to us. A new replacement order will be sent after these steps have been taken.

$46 - $69.99 = $12.50

$70 - $129.99 = $15.50

$130 - $199.99 = $19.50

$200 and up = $25.00 plus extra if needed. 

 

We do not ship internationally at this time.

We do not sell anyone's personal information and will only occasionally e-mail a newsletter to our customers regarding sales or new products from us.

Rest assured that your order is safe and secure when you click on any of the "Add to Cart" buttons you see with each of our offerings. You can even send us special instructions and information in case you want to 'specialize' your order, i.e. a special gift card by e-mailing us.
